Well, everything except actual treason.

And they thought Trump would pardon that fricker.

So selling the ID's of over 30 US CIA operatives that were then executed by China isn't treason? They sold access to critical intel and technology.

Only if someone can prove US policy, as influenced by Biden, was impacted by this does it constitute treason.

Why does it have to be treason.

The fricker is CLEARLY compromised AT BEST. At worst, he's already made the deal and he's planning on coming through as President.

Why isn’t the DOJ moving on this yesterday?

Agreed if Hunter’s actions aren’t Treason then nothing is. But these clowns in DOJ aren’t going to go there. So put them away for Life. RICCO is low hanging fruit.

Merely corruption? The VP selling his office is serious even if not treason.

OP, you have to understand how this relates to risk management.

In this case:

The THREAT is infiltration and undue influence by a foreign adversary.

The VULNERABILITY is all of the Biden's business dealings with that adversary.

The LIKELIHOOD (PROBABILITY) of the threat occurring by exploiting the vulnerability is either HIGH or EXTREMELY HIGH.

The IMPACT of that threat is either HIGH or CATASTROPHIC.

In a Corporation, that type of risk acceptance has to be approved by the Chairman of the Board.

In the military, the lowest rank that can accept that risk is a GENERAL OFFICER.

You thought a phone call asking how an investigation was going was treason.

Al Capone was arrested and sentenced for tax invasion.

There is no way Joe reported this income.

It shows a pattern of how the Biden family used their name and access to the VP as influence. Prime example is Biden's bragging to people on the withholding of 1 Billion in aid to Ukraine unless the prosecutor was fired.

Also it certainly shows that Biden is compromised and cannot be trusted to look out for the best interests of the country.

It’s the very definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
