Along with the Patriot Act, the US Govt also passed a law after that which requested all foreign govts release information on any banking accounts held in financial institutions, or be removed from the SWIFT banking system.
If you are a foreign country its a death shot if you dont comply. Remember when obama said you have to have a coalition against Iran? Trump went in alone and suddenly Iran is squealing. Trump took them off the SWIFT system, AND any companies doing business with them.
ANY company or country doing business internationally uses US dollars, with wire transfers through the US, without SWIFT your country cannot import food, tools, your oil tankers are insured and paid through US, heck your citizens cannot even use a credit card, the bank may be local but the charges route through the US.
Offshore cash took on a whole new meaning, if the FBI wanted to follow the money trail with the bidens, no doubt its about as clear as I-95.

Not everyone. Actually most of us know treason is only applicable to detrimental actions taken during a period of hostilities. I would say "war". But, what constitutes war may be subject to a new interpretation given today conflicts may not be with another nation state.

Now, if Biden were to somehow get elected and more stuff were to come out regarding the corruption and nothing illegally, we would be looking at impeachment if anything. This is where we could see one of two things happen. Biden would go through the impeachment process and more than likely be impeached based on being compromised or he would pull a Nixon and resign (I see this as the more likely outcome as he doesn’t have the physical fitness to go through that).
Regardless if anything legally were to happen, we are looking at a path to get Kamala to gain the Presidency which is downright terrifying. Regardless of what state you are in, get out and pull that lever for Trump.
