People can't help but take the crowd size bait.
Any other polititian would hold a rally, it would be a blurb that day on the news. Every time Trump holds one of these, they float out an attendance number, likely inflated on purpose.
The TDS folks can't help but swallow the hook. "NUH UH!!!!" And now a simple rally is in the news cycle for 6 days. A week or people showing the crowds at his rally no matter the actual size. It's brilliant.
