Why would we single out Israel to turn the spigot off, though? We send billions of dollars to hundreds of countries around the world. If a candidate comes out and says we are reducing our foreign aid to everyone by 75%, great. I'm all for it and would support that completely. But to turn off the spigot to Israel, while continuing the flow to hundreds of others, I don't agree.
Israel is 9 million people surrounded by muslim countries that want them destroyed. If we are going to send money to countries around the world, Israel certainly should be one of them.

If we weren't showing support for Israel it would increase the likelihood of more fighting and other countries becoming involved. Large scale fighting, possibly impacting oil production and use of the Suez Canal would have an enormously negative impact on the world, including us. While I would rather us NOT be involved, it's better that we are. IMHO

I haven't posted in this thread until now but am here to explain. It's hard to keep score and keep the fervent DT devotees separate from the fake ones. How many posters in these threads loved them some DeSantis not that long ago - some even posted that they hoped DT wouldn't run in '24 because RDS was so much better - but now, for some really odd reasons, not only have they decided to not vote for DeSantis, but they've decided DeSantis is a globalist commie-loving frickwad that needs to be burned to the ground, and his wife is all kinds of evil too?
If you're keeping score, just share the scorecard so we all can keep the fervent DT sycophants separate from the fake DT sycophants.
