Nothing you wrote is applicable to the op.

I have no other symptoms other than being tight chested which sucks for obvious reasons. No fever. No fatigue. Oxygen level is pristine, so I feel pretty good about how this will turn out.
Why the frick did you go to the ER? Are you saying that admitted you? Why the frick did they admit you?

This is why our hospitals are up. Idiots like you thinking you need emergency care and the hospital admitting you because they love the extra money.

so being overweight while in his mid fifties and having covid issues, yet claims to not be fat....has nothing to do with the OP?

EDIT: I will help you

Came home from work Monday and had trouble breathing. Went to the ER around 11 last night, mainly to get tested, and tested positive.

I have no other symptoms other than being tight chested which sucks for obvious reasons

He admitted he is overweight.

Like everything else in your bizarre, wide ranging rant, you are simply wrong.

He said he is about 25 lbs heavy. He also said he was not obese, and that he has a "large frame". lol.

He's pulling the classic OT story. Has an answer for every question.

Could have been an anxiety attack and false positive, given the lack of symptoms.

Anxiety or Panic attacks can trigger the perception of difficulty breathing, as well as rapid heart rate and all sorts of strange sensations. I had a few at around the age of 40, and I can tell you, if severe, you can feel like your going to die.

Not saying this is the case, and I have no problem with OP going to the ER if he felt his breathing was compromised.

Just saying the absence of any other symptoms makes this a prime candidate for some sort of scenario as this.

I wish for a speedy recovery.

There is no vaccine yet.

When that happens, please, let us know.

HCQ plus 5 days of Ivermectin seems to have my son cured right now

My wife and I both had Covid at the start of this year. We each drank two cups of coffee in the morning and that cured us both.

People should stop with the anecdotal BS. How your son did on Ivermectin is not a useful data point unless it is carefully combined with tens of thousands of others and rigorously examined for other variables by scientists who understand the data.

When we engage in this kind of anecdotal conjecture we end up with what we used to call wives’ tales. Sleep with scissors under your pillow to cut menstruation pains in half, or tape a fried roach to a wound to suck the infection out.

Might want to do your research on Levaquin / Levofloxacin and keep an eye out for any side effects.
Fluoroquinolone antibiotics are awful and have multiple black box warning from the FDA.
Seriously, do a quick search for “Levaquin + floxed”

Hope you feel better soon. Going to the ER when you had trouble breathing and had chest pain was the right thing to do!

Well shite, maybe you should read more. Try the American Journal of Therapeutics, 2021 Jul-Aug or NIH for starters. Published online 2021 Jun 21
quote:

Meta-analysis of 15 trials found that ivermectin reduced risk of death compared with no ivermectin.

Conclusions:

Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin. Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.
