The best part about this checkmate is that Democrats do not understand a constitutional republic, or proportional representation.

California may actually have to reduce the number of lunatics it sends to Congress bc all of the illegals living there. The number of citizens, not breathing humbans and not voters determines how many socialist idiots
California gets to send to DC to make the rules.

This is so fricking huge. You have no idea

The U.S. Census Bureau is the leading source of statistical information about the nation’s people. Our population statistics come from decennial censuses, which count the entire U.S. population every ten years, along with several other surveys.

You must be young. That number has been used for 40 years. It’s more like 30-40 M and that is being conservative in the count.

Market ticker

This should clear up some things.

14th Amendment

quote:

Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age,* and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Amendments 19 and 26 gave suffrage to women and lowered the age to 18, respectively.

It does.

According to the very much so MORE important document (which is law... not the census), people that are not taxed are not to be counted.

Thus the Indians were not counted.

mandated by Article I, Section 2 of the United States Constitution(see.. more important than a website), which states:

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed

NOW from your site... FOLLOW CLOSELY: (look at the bold)

The U.S. Census Bureau is the leading source of statistical information about the nation’s people. Our population statistics come from decennial censuses, which count the entire U.S. population every ten years, along with several other surveys.

Lol ok bud. If you want to ignore the “free persons” language and equate Indians to immigrants, go right ahead. The census counts total population based on bodies in households (dwellings).

This big victory you think happened today didn’t. But go celebrate anyway.

Easy to connect the dots that "Indians" and South Americans are describing the same group.
