I grew up 40 miles from the border in SW Texas, I can promise you that as far back as I remember (early 60's) folks there won't put up with people just wandering onto their property. Farm I grew up on was 442 acres and my uncle and I used to watch the caravans at sunset coming in, but they always knew what NOT to do. If stupid starts happening folks will defend life and property and ask questions later...........saw and witnessed it happen many, many times.

I am very disappointed in my Texas Republicans right now. They are falling right into the same trap of accepting election results as long as they are the winners. There was evidence of a lot of election fraud in the mass population centers of Dallas, For Worth, Houston that should demand a forensic audit. Instead of challenging the fraud and making sure it does not have a get out of control its all being swept under the rug as no harm no foul.
If Texas turns Blue it will be because of the Republicans with the authority to stop fraud did not do their job.
Every Red State should do a forensic audit on the 2020 ballots in the mass population centers. This is where the target for fraud is centered and where it can be stopped. Election fraud starts the same way as credit card fraud, they will complete a small test that will not attract attention and once that is successful they will be more aggressive with a hit and disappear. In elections all it requires is one successful hit and the takeover is in place.

One of the reddest counties in the south in a state redder than Texas. Schools are great. Living is cheap. Memphis, collierville, and Germantown TN is there for the nightlife and other things. Tunica has casinos. And the schools are great if you have or will be having kids.

As a Texan who has lived here 30 years, I can tell you its the new CA/NY soon. I don't care how many companies are moving here, what made TX great the past decades is over. I'm selling my house to whatever nut from NY and CA wants to pay and I'm out. Moving to a state that I can enjoy for the outdoors with the last several decades of my life. Have fun sitting in the new wave NYLA traffic and alternative lifestyles.
We've gone from good ole southern folks with a TX drawl over the years to people I can't even understand. Him/her/theys that I can't tell whats going on. Bye. My house is up for sale soon in ATX suburbs if anyone is interested. Its the same in SA, Dallas and Houston. Driving all over the state the last few years its seeping into even the small towns. Just a matter of time until all the real TXans that made the state great are dead and gone.
