I'm confused, do the Uniparty/Dims/Groomers/Transformers want Trump to be the nominee?

There's so much lawfare and psychological warfare happening I'm not sure what the Dim and Uniparty strategy is now.

Is the consensus, Trump is the R candidate the D.C. Uniparty and the Dims want to face?

If this ^^^^ is true, is the lawfare and psychological warfare strategy to attack Trump with the belief it will rally support for Trump making him the R primary winner?

I guess this scenario is possible but wouldn't leaving Trump alone work better to get him elected rather than trying to throw him in prison? Using the current strategy of trying to destroy Trump, doesn't this strategy run the risk of kicking off a real shite storm of social unrest if the D.C. Uniparty and Bureaucratic State push the limits and incarcerate Trump on bogus lawfare charges?

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure what the Uniparty/Dim strategy is or what hell is going on.

They think GOP voters are stupid, and so far they have been proven right

They want Trump to win the nomination, just more battered and bruised. Trump is an easy win for the Democrats.

What was Trump polling pre-Bragg indictment and post?

The polls showed Trump surging after the prosecutions started. They probably did focus group testing which gave them a good idea that would happen.

Social unrest from the right is just icing on the cake for them.

If GOP nominates Trump, then we are giving them what they want.

They definitely want Trump to be the candidate because he would be the weakest opponent. Biden has already embarrassed him, but they also want Trump in jail so I’m not sure how they can want both things to happen.

So again, what's the Dim strategy for getting Trump the R nomination?

Trump isn’t going to prison. What do you think the leaks are for? Every time they release something (and every time he tweets his digital diarrhea) his primary numbers go up, his chances in the general go down.

It's fascinating to me how the group continually screwed by polls still relies on polls. Especially in a discussion about the media wanting Trump to be the nominee when the media are the ones creating the polls.

They don't need one, enough stupid Trumpers will do it for them. He will be the nominee and get slaughtered. All the Dems have to do is batter him along the way.

Agreed. They want him front and center as a constant reminder of the drama that came with his presidency. It turned off the middle and the dems are counting on that continuing into next year. That’s why every misstep is of greater significance now. He has to fight back there’s no doubt about that. It is how he fights that ends up costing him. The bull in the China shop act was brilliant for 2016. Times have changed and he has to adapt to them.

ETA: they also want the Republican Party fractured beyond repair. Which they’re currently getting. If the MAGA or traditional republicans sit it out, even in small numbers, you’ll see the dems pick up wins where they normally wouldn’t. It’s a catastrophic scenario but they might get it.

But I've been told that Trump only has a base of around 30-40% of all conservative Americans of voting age....how does attacking and demonizing Trump get those who are not Trump loyalists to go with Trump. I could see Trump fatigue setting in and all the Trump drama turns people towards another R candidate.

The voters who give him the nomination will get exactly what they voted for. A dishonest Democrat.

Trump wins Republican nomination. Trump has to suffer through a trial during the lead up to the general. In the minds of the left, Trump might even "go to jail". Indicted/in court/in jail Republican nominee is tarnished and possibly unable to run. Biden wins virtually unopposed because not enough time for DeSantis to pick up the scraps to a damaged Trump campaign. PROFIT DEMS

Because poll respondents and the electorate aren't the same thing.

It's like some of you learned nothing in 2016.

Some of our top propagandists absolutely see it, and they're delighted that it's working.
