If your boss would fire you for providing expert advice as to why you won’t take a vaccine, then you don’t need that job to begin with.

Only $6,200 per year without any federal kicker which is ending this month in LA.

I would keep my job or look for another before I counted on that unless you have plenty of savings or enjoy eating Top Ramen.

Tell him you will get it once you get a written assumption of liability letter rrviewed by your attorney and signed by the owner/board that they take all responsibility for any adverse affects of the vaccine they are requiring for your job.

Then get it if you want your job. At will employment.

Free market. Employer is allowed to be wrong.

Someone is asserting pressure on him to assert on you.

Just be up front and go meet with him and ask if you can talk to him in his office. Tell him your stance.

But I would t want to work for anyone who pressures like that.

Lawyer up. I suspect there will be a new wave of 'car wreck' litigators, who'll focus on job-based discrimination. Might take a while as the Courts will be pro-Government.

The fear of 'pestilence' is as old as the hills; no way this can be countered when Government aided and abetted by the MSM plays the fear card. Government is seeking TOTAL CONTROL; and they'll likely get it...for a while. Until the innate weakness in the populous creates dysfunction, collapse and reboot. Herding cats.

You are not alone... there are many companies treading the same dangerous waters.

The coming problem as I see it, of enough of them band together to require vax as a condition of employment they will eventually get political and legal cover for doing so.

This will really start kicking in as the Fed Unemployment benefits run out and people start actively looking for work again.

I currently know of 3 people with Covid. All were, in their words, “fully vaccinated! I don’t understand!”

An employer cannot make the vaccine a requirement without written policy.

It's either a written requirement before you hire on or put in writing after you are hired.

"I need to see the company's written policy on required vaccinations prior to discussing this matter."

It’s becoming very complicated for managers. We currently have 8 people out with Covid, all 8 were not vaccinated. Two of them are in bad shape and getting antibody therapy at OLOL. I’m not sure what the path forward is, but it’s obvious that unvaccinated people are getting sick at a rapid pace right now.

No it's not complicated at all.

It's none of anybody's fricking business what personal health decisions one makes, especially your employer.

If your company has a written policy requiring COVID vaccinations, then enforce it. If not, then shut the frick up.

Are you sure your idiot supervisor is that in tune with upper management? Any chance he’s a masked Covidian trying to bluff you with his own agenda ?

Also, I would politely answer him that I don’t siscusss my medical business with others
