agreed, that's why I'm not in favor of restricting legal sales.

Good. I want to sell a gun, Juan has my $500. I shouldnt have to call Daddy and get his approval or ask what his status is.

Blame the federal govt for flooding the country. Dont blame individuals for trying to defend themselves with a god given right.

So you don't support laws restricting non-citizens (even illegal immigrants) from possessing firearms, right?

You would just follow the law (if that law exists)?

Why else would the USA be against the torture of terrorist?
Do you think torture of illegal immigrants is justified, or should the US Gov only be kept from torturing it's taxpayers?

People who question what rights govt has trampled are always authoritarian big govt types. 100% of the time.

100% Rex!

Let one of us try to cross borders abroad and act and talk the way they do to authorities and media.

In some countries, we’d get laid out before we even hit the border. There would be stacks of bodies in MANY COUNTRIES if this were happening.

It doesn't. This argument makes no logical sense to the discussion from where it spawned.

and?

free movement anywhere you want, anytime you want, for however long you want within the US is not restricted on citizens. But it is (or at least on paper is) for non-citizens.

voting is (or is supposed to be) restricted to only citizens.

it's also illegal (or supposed to be) to hire illegal immigrants, but perfectly legal to hire citizens.

not every single law we have treats immigrants identically to how they treat citizens.
we as citizens DO have rights that immigrants do not.

not sure why people don't seem to grasp that we have multiple examples of non-citizens having to follow a different set of rights and laws than what citizens have.

do you think illegal immigrants should be allowed to vote for our president, or would that be limited to only our citizens?

do you think illegal immigrants should have the right to run for president, or should that only limited you our citizens?

just because SOME laws are applied unilaterally to every single human standing within our borders, doesn't mean ALL of the laws we have are.

Last week soldiers in the Dominican Republic shot several Haitians attempting to breach their border. None have tried since. Until we start doing this nothing will change under any presidential administration. Plenty of Illegals came here under Trump as well.

Work, live, or die without the government charging you for it. They've restricted our right to exist. It's like a poll tax but for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Most of us realize the govt is screwing the pooch. But dont root for more govt power when they've already proven they cant use it responsibly.

You should be able to go into your local firearm shop, walk out without the government's approving.

If you want that to happen for citizens, then jesus, dont beg govt to enhance firearm restrictions.

The language in this ruling was a win for firearm owners.
