Indeed. The point is they aren't citizens and aren't in the country legally, but are given the same rights as people who are legal citizens.

The Declaration of Independence was not written for people within a specific border.

No non-citizen should have the exact rights as a citizen. As a citizen your #1 loyalty is this country, and don't have an "out". Some basic "safety" rights is one thing, but you shouldn't be able to come here and protest to overturn our govt, and yell out "1st Amendment".

Of course we have a lot of weaklings that believe the opposite, but it's time for real American men to tell them to shut up and sit down.

The only benefit an actual citizen "seems" to have is the right to vote, but the Democrats are looking to take that away. Citizenary deserves to be special, even ours.

What part of not being a citizen entitles them to rights in our country? You realize there is a handful of states that restrict 2a rights to natural born citizens?

They are wrong on international trade and social laws, IMO, but they are damn correct on this.

Inalienable rights are not positive rights. They didn't "get" rights, they just get to keep what already is theirs because of their humanity.

Other countries strip these human rights, therefore stripping human dignity.

They get the Bill of Rights because they are human. Amendments 1-8.

Article IV ; Section 2 of the Constitution

says "Citizens" are entitled to Privileges and Immunities.
doesn't say "every single person that's here regardless of citizenship"
