Illegal immigrants cited in theft of 39 million Social Security numbers

I had a background check while coaching my sons basketball team. My SS came up linked to a 58 year old Hispanic man is AZ. Most of the information was mine but he popped up a few times in the report as using my SS#.

They don't really define what they consider an error, or how many times they count a form.
If an address is wrong, they might count each element of the address as a separate error (Street #, Street, city, state, zip), artificially inflating numbers.
Likewise, if something like race changed (e.g. from "caucasian" to "unknown" or "n/a" then that would be a differing record that they'd then count.
Y'all are beyond stupid if you think there are 40 million illegal aliens filing W2s in this country under false SSNs, considering the programs for dreamers and others that give them their own SSNs to file...
