An illegal alien in California was granted a restraining order by a San Francisco federal judge, barring ICE agents from taking him into custody.

Two weeks later, he was arrested for a string of crimes—including attempting to steal a car with a 3-year-old child inside.

According to this report, he was unable to steal the car with the toddler in it because he didn't have a key. He left and fought a 70-year-old lady at a gas pump for her keys, but she managed to soak him in gasoline before he threw her to the ground.

Down the block, he finally managed to steal an 18-wheeler (!!) but it stalled because he didn't know how to drive stick.

Put the illegal under house arrest in the judges house.

An old school Zippo would have been handy.

You could get back an toss it because it doesn't have a kill switch.

a restraining order from the government? yea. I’m SURE that one is air tight. What line I get in for the IRS restraining order?

Ahem… but you can be assured… there is NO such thing as lawfare.

He cannot take a car from a 3-year-old or a 70-year-old woman, and cannot drive the only vehicle he can steal. I kinda feel sorry for him.

Perhaps he'll fare better in his home country.

I've been saying this, and similar for years.

fricking liberal judges let violent career criminals back on the street, let them live right next door to the judges.

Like the case of Edmond Kemper-----at age 15 he shot and killed his grandparents in cold blood with a .22 rifle. He was sent to juvenile detention in a psychiatric unit and by age 21 had long figured out the system and gave all the correct answers when questioned during sessions and was released back into society.

He then proceeded to kill several young coeds at a local university and eventually killed his mother and one of her friends before turning himself in and being locked up for life.

Some people are beyond redemption.

Or North Korea, where there are few cars.

At what point can victims of illegal criminals be allowed to hold the government responsible and sue them for negligence. I mean Laken Riley's family should sue and win for millions
