If you woke up tomorrow and Russia Conquered the Ukraine and China had taken over Taiwan

Could you honestly tell me how that would affect you in your day to day life? Infrastructure here would still be falling down, our southern border would still be overrun, crime would still be rampant, etc......

The Chinese taking over Taiwan would cause disastrous consequences for our economy. Ironically, the same people now begging for war against Russia are the reason for that.

Russia and Ukraine I'd feel bad for the citizens of Ukraine. Taiwan is a different beast entirely, that starts a cold war at the very least.

I wonder if China is the world's biggest backer of Ukrainian interest here in the US. From pure money, msm outlets and politicians. I imagine a conflict on Taiwan would be easier for them if we were engaged in Ukraine. China Joe could give the excuse " we just don't have the resources to fight two wars".

Would affect everyone, because our government will make sure it affects everyone. Probably do heavy lockdowns and round up anyone who criticized the endless support of Ukraine.

How exactly would the supply chain be messed up? The vast majority of crap China makes now is bought by the rest of the world. Is this just going to all of a sudden stop if they take Taiwan?
