Bringing the firearm isn’t the issue, it’s the fighting with federal law enforcement and expecting a different result, that’s the issue.
I carry most places, I also don’t fight federal law enforcement so my chances of being shot by law enforcement in self defense is statistically nil.

He could have brought the gun and just filmed he would still be alive. However, he brought the was directing vehicles to try and block ice, he then shoved and agent in the back (a felony). While he was being apprehended he resisted after that all bets are off.

It's about as plain as day that he was murdered by ICE agents with itchy trigger fingers. His crime was filming in the middle of the street, trying to help a woman up whom had been pushed down, and in an instant was involved with multiple agents (one of which took his holstered gun from his back) getting his arse kicked and then murdered. 3 weeks ago I was near 5 deputies armed and declared. Today I'm alive still have my weapon and unharmed whatsoever. Hell, they didn't even make me disarm at that moment

people are acting like this guy was carrying and walked up to an officer and punched him in the face. This isn’t even a Trump thing. Admitting this looks like it could have been a bad shoot doesn’t make you anti Trump or anti ICE.
Also I’m fully capable of admitting that carrying given the circumstances in MN greatly increases the risk that a bad outcome occurs, but it doesn’t absolve any counterparty of any responsibility when that bad outcome occurs.

I don’t care if this shooting is finally determined to be a bad one. They can handle that how they handle every other case in which this happens.
