It's the new space race.

We can't afford to get behind other countries.

I was going to compliment him on using the correct "reign", but he fricked it up by capitalizing it for no reason

We’ll never know the truth on these things until after the fact. Might as well get them coming for economic reasons.

I guess you live somewhere with no computers and no cops.

Must be bliss.

I was going to congratulate you on a good post, but you fricked it up by not putting a period at the end of your sentence.

The largest data center in the world is going up in my community. I'm certainly questioning it and I'm not poor or backwa.... wait a minute. He has a point.

I'm kind of on the fence with this, but I do think big tech is pushing the propaganda, not China.

You probably live somewhere with a police force and are currently posting on a message board using servers to store data.

NIH is a hypocrtite.

China is the boogeyman they picked to run roughshod over any resistance to the data centers. I think Trump is hosting Xi for a feast this month to ask for Chinese business, maybe he can ask about the propaganda then.

As I said in another thread about this what I have noticed where I live is the same councilmen who so enthusiastically support and approved data centers to be built next to my neighborhood are much less enthusiastic about them being built next to theirs

BINGO! Trump has a pattern of putting the spotlight on things he wants exposed. Taxpayers are funding billionaires to build these monstrosities.

That's a false hope...it will be more of a burden in many ways.
