re: If you are on ANY government assistance, you should be required by Law to take..

Welfare/ food stamp assistance used to be a stigma. It’s to the point where people don’t give a shite about being on the government tit. I don’t have an issue with temporary assistance if you lose your job or really can’t work. It’s the perpetual life long stealing that pissed me off.

You mean you got paid to be in the military and then enjoyed handsome benefits that you would rather cut your own legs off than see other Americans receive?
Like I said you think you know everything. You don’t.

And you also accused me of emotional outbursts caused by brain damage against me, even though you know nothing about my neurological issues
so which is it?
you're a hypocrite

Well, bedpan claimed because he was a murse that he knew I had the vax shot even though I was hospitalized for my stroke a year and a 1/2 before the shot was ever created.
So there is at least one stupid conservative who claims to be male for every liberal woman.

I don't deny there are idiots on both sides.

Privacy•A
less than what it takes now
You care about "privacy"? Pay your own way and you can do whatever you want that is legal.
That is the same stupid logic as democrats whining about the cost of border enforcement.
Both get in the way of leftists buying votes with other peoples' money.
Go frick yourself.

Random or monthly Drug Screens.
I don't think that monthly drug screens for 100% recipients of welfare is feasible. If it decided to drug test them all then I am opening a testing lab and investing all my money in drug testing labs.
I do think that a random drug screen of a certain percentage is certainly possible. As a former program manager of a defense contract of 200 to 250 employees, PhD's, engineers, physicist, computer scientist weenies, technicians etc,, random testing of 10% every month was part of the contract. The duration of the contract, 6 years, I only had to let go of 2 employees for testing hot.
What did bother me was that the government employees were subject to drug testing but never drug tested. I think it would be beneficial to randomly drug all government employees. It would be a great way to rid of the bloat.

Yes. It’s less than the cost of electing shitbag Democrats who let 20 million illegals into the US to destroy western civilization.
Thanks for asking.

Who's paying that $1B new expense?
Just yesterday, I had a 34 y/o patient. 5'4", 384 lb female with a history of STDs. Multiple tattoos and bright red dyed hair. She is on Medicaid and probably every other welfare benefit. UNEMPLOYED! All of her health issues were directly linked to her morbid obesity and lifestyle choices. In her H&P, she admitted to being a consistent recreational drug user, and consumed a lot of alcohol. Poor people in other countries don't typically have a morbid obesity problem, but here it is an epidemic!
She was there to see me to get more free shite.

Have you estimated what cost savings would be incurred when a large percentage of free loaders are knocked off the government tit?
Ultimately there have been models of cost vs savings that seem like terrible ROI
Whether accurate or not, I won’t claim to be the expert but they’ve floated around with the percentage on drugs being much lower than expected and it essentially turning into just giving the same money to a testing corporation
Again, whether those models are accurate, I haven’t pursued the topic meaningfully

Social safety nets lol. This is what YOU refer them as. They were supposed to help people out short term situations but these people you defend have chosen to settle for a free handout and depend on a government that rewards them for their laziness.

Whats crazy is that it's not longer even a racial issue. People of all races take government assistance just because they can.

Tie the requirements to labor itself: required to accept appropriate wages for delivered labor when offered. Many landscaping & domestic positions opening soon!

What if it saved us money?
It won't. Tests are cheap. Paying for the infrastructure and staffing around testing everyone is expensive. A simple Google search shows how many times this has been tried and failed already. 30-40k per person is what it averages out to be.

Historically, that hasn’t been the case when this has been tried in various states.
And you are assuming that the surveys are not self-serving surveys, which has been shown to be grossly wrong lately. If you can present data from a truly non-biased source I'm interested but I dont' think you can. Most survey takers, especially when funded by a government agency, are very self serving.
