Where do I mail in my petition signature. Or is it suddenly okay that my voice be disenfranchised?

Get him the frick out.

This state had the chance to A) not put him in in the first place (which would have produced the best governor for the state and B) to vote him out once.

The fact of the matter is the people voted him in (I never once voted for the idiot) and the fact is elections have consequences. The LAGOP will never live down what they did in 2015. By not gathering the entire party behind Vitter they set the state back at least 20 years. Some of the same people cost Rispone last year.

These "Republicans" made their bed and now they should sleep in it....recalls are bullshite all the way around unless criminal charges are filed, prosecuted, and convicted...same way with impeachment.

ETA The LAGOP could learn a lot from Turtle. You may not like the man and you may not agree with a lot of his decisions, but when he needs to whip the Republicans into agreement he gets it the hell done.

Glad to see you helping point out the lies from Trump and Pence. They have repeatedly said the economy has bounced back. Thanks for your hard work.

Holy Straw Man Batman!

It certainly has bounced back incredibly in a lot of places...you can see that by what is happening on Wall St.

Now if you think those 400K on unemployment matter....then you should call your state Congress people and have them fight tooth and nail to get the damn emergency order for COVID lifted and open the economy up....JBE's dumb arse sure isn't going to do it.

Obviously you haven't read the Phase 3 guidelines from the White House plan.

Either way we have met the gating criteria for so many weeks now we shouldn't even be in the damn guidelines anymore...so yeah he isn't following the White House plan at all....he is following some dumb arse arbitrary plan that he makes up daily with his butt buddy doctor that can't quit soon enough.

Exactly!!! Republicans lost but now want to piss and moan and try to recall him. We live in such a pussified world now. So many sensitive and sore losers. Same thing the Dems did with trying to get Trump out. Our society can’t handle losing; this occurs on both sides of the political spectrum.

I don't care reps lost the election. I do care that business are closing because of a shutdown that could be proven to be an over reach of power

Louisiana as a whole did not even have 200K cases so far. Where did you come up with this magic projected 400K deaths.

It is called common sense. Keep things open but if you are in risk, stay home and be vigilant.

Recall petition is an absolute waste of time. If people have time to do this they have time to find a job....they exist.

I have a job and I signed the petition, your premise is preposterous. Stop repeating silly talking points.

but Trump started this.

Trump signed the order to shut your state down?

It's odd how this is all Trump's fault to you, yet other States like Florida and South Dakota are wide open.

It's almost like it's the Governors who control the lockdown status of the states, not Trump.

But you keep on blaming Bad Orange Man instead of the person who actually signed the order.

He signed a tort reform bill passed by the Republican legislature. Nice try with the lazy talking point though

You keep repeating this like the two situations are even comparable. There’s a difference between voicing your frustrations and blatant fraudulent activity by an entire political party.

Is this where we are at as a state and country now? Dems mad Trump won and tried to get him out for nearly 3 years. Now we don’t like or agree with JBE so let’s just do the same thing. I don’t get my way so I go and destroy and set fire to stuff. Our country has gone soft. People throw fits like babies when they don’t get their way.

IMO the mentality started with the creation of the Tea Party, which in theory I actually agreed with their platform, but I think it was more of an anti-Obama movement than anything. And then Trump ran on an anti-Obama platform.

When Obama won in 2008, it seemed like a lot of white southern union workers, who voted Democrat no matter what, started supporting whoever was against Obama.

Before Obama was ever in the picture, I remember being at someone's house whose daddy was a union worker. In their kitchen there was a flyer or something that "suggested" who they should vote for. It was a copy of the ballot with each candidate checked. At the time I remember thinking "So this is what unions are really about. Power".

Anyway, so when Trump came along, he appealed to those anti-obama people who rarely voted and was able to get them out to the polls. And he threw fuel on this whole "you are either with us or against us" and if you were against them you got attacked. So here we are in 2020 where if you don't agree with someone's politics they are the enemy.

It wasn't just southern union workers. It was union workers all over the country since Obama pretty much shite all over them with the shift to racial identity politics instead of the old school democratic focus on blue collar workers.

Now the Democrats have gone full bore critical race theory and wokeness, Which is why the police union in NYC of all fricking places back Trump this election.

uh no. It won't do anything. I'm not a fan of throwing out elected officials b/c you don't agree with them, and no i didn't vote for this arse hat.

My kids have been going to school full time since August. they are playing football and soccer like normal. I don't wear a mask anywhere. Life is pretty normal to me other than the droves of idiots i see everyday wearing a mask. If someone yells at me to put my mask on the second i walk into a store, i politely turn around and walk out. Simple as that. I don't go to Calandro's, I go to Rouse's. I do'nt go to Petco, i go to Petsmart. I don't go to Izzo's. There's plenty of places that don't give a shite about masks. I'll continue to support them, and i'll remember the morons who were mask nazi's and i'll continue to not support them, even when the mask mandate is lifted.
