there are STILL paper ballots, but that doesn't mean there wasn't voting machines at that time... just b/c YOU voted on paper, doesn't mean EVERYONE did.... voting machines were absolutely in existence in 2000, which was the 1st election i was able to vote in and remember it was weird stepping into the booth, with the little curtain behind you and shite...

Yes there was fraud in California during 2016, 2020, and 2024 that was overwhelming. Since you wanted me to confirm only federal elections even though they have those every two years as well
