If Trump wins, takes office without issue, and gets 4 years, is the black pill dead?

The "pill" meme started a long while ago using the Matrix's "red pill" as a meme relating to the introduction of new (possibly forbidden) knowledge to a formerly ignorant participant in life. Basically a revelation of how society (or a part thereof) really worked.

The incel movement was big on TRP stuff, once they realized the way our romantic interactions had become so warped in society. Ultimately, the ones too ugly to improve themselves to participate in the dating market created the term "black pill", which is effectively predetermination (If you're ugly/genetically inferior, there is nothing you can do to participate in the dating market). This left them with 2 options: (1) accept you'd be forever alone or (2) try to change things using negative means. Basically it's a form of nihilism (not that there isn't some truth within the understanding of place in the social hierarchy).

The online conspiracy theory culture stole the black pill concept during the Trump admin. They went with option 2 and the utter nihilism of a system they saw as too corrupted and basically combined that with Evangelical apocalypse fetishizing into a purported self realization of anti-reality. Effectively all institutions are corrupt (often claimed to be controlled by some multinational faceless group du jour, as you'd expect) and this corruption either demands violence to cure things or will lead to violence causing societal collapse. A lot of the movement requires a fanatical obsession with claiming our voting system is wholly corrupt, based on Trump losing in 2020. Basically a bunch of crybabies turning their emotional reacts up to 11/10 and seeking out any confirmation claims (no matter how insane) to inject as copium.

This philosophy works as long as the perceived enemy/out-group always wins. However, it appears Trump is the prohibitive favorite in a few weeks and it's very likely the GOPE takes the Senate and House.

TBP response has been twofold: (1) They still proclaim that the election will be stolen again, just like in 2020; or (2) "They" will prevent Trump from taking office.

Here are a few thread examples from the board that are either black pill or BP-adjacent:

If Trump wins, what are the odds the he actually takes office ?

Sample Post:

quote:

He's going to legitimately win. It's no contest. One of three things will happen after that;

1). Fraud pushes Harris across the line and she is declared the winner*. Then they try out their newly minted American-killing military when people revolt.

2). Not even fraud is enough to cheat their way in, so they take him out before he can be sworn in, then try out their newly minted American-killing military when people revolt.

3). Not even fraud is enough to cheat their way in, and they don't want to risk taking him out, so they start a civil or world war and declare martial law, indefinitely suspending the peaceful transition of power, and try out their newly minted American-killing military when people revolt.

If it's not obvious, I'm telling everyone that they have set the stage for the military to take action and use lethal force against US taxpaying citizens for any reason they deem worthy. Is it going to happen? 50/50. But I choose to err on the side of caution. The elites consider us uppity and think we should be taken down a few pegs to where they think we belong. Think Hunger Games but with a much smaller ruling class.

If trump wins what are the chances they use those last two months to throw us into WW3?

"Too Big to Rig" folks - are you accounting for electronic voting with no paper trail?

Glenn Beck guests explains Dems plan to not certify if Trump wins.

Something Doesn’t Seem Right

quote:

Compared to 2020, it’s way too uneventful leading up to the election this time around considering how significant it is and what’s at stake.

I fully believe the elites want a civil war and considering the recent revelation of the DOD directive of the legal use of lethal force, it seems we are being setup.

One way to ensure a major civil disruption occurs is to run an obviously retarded candidate that everyone knows will get smoked by Trump in a fair election. There’s a lot of confidence right now that Trump will win, even overcoming the inevitable fraud, and that’s being reinforced, surprisingly, by the left wing media hinting at that. However, in addition to running a retarded candidate, the left is going to blatantly steal the election and it will be on full display with no doubt. Those two things will ensure we devolve into chaos when Kamala is announced the winner. Then the martial law starts, etc.

Oh wait, one more thing. TBP people who have carved out an "out" for the above scenarios (which will obviously be super duper clandestine and only their "secret knowledge" online content creators will have the details) if none of their predictions come true. They think that there are going to be mass trials/executions for treason from the 2020 shenanigans onward. We can add that to the list, too.

So, if none of this happens, The Black Pill movement should be dead, right? Absolutely nothing they predicted/claimed for 4 years came true.

Who would still associate themselves with this small dick energy, loser mentality? Especially when they can get on the actual Trump train based in reality.

If you remove the examples and quotes it's not that much to read.

If people want to have real discussions about socio-political issues, a little bit of reading is necessary.

If people want to act like GenZ on TikTok, then simplistic/short posts are fully acceptable.

Trump winning doesn't mean there isn't a deep state shadow government controlling things as much as they can behind the scenes.

All these years later and still no one on Epsteins list being indicted proves that all by itself.

That is the simplest example as I am sure you are aware there are many more.

Short of it all violently crashing down the only other way to end it is to kill every bureaucratic agency we have including the CIA, FBI, etc

Also, as a lawyer how can you see the lawfare attempts at Trump and others and think someone like Soros or more powerful isn't pulling the strings.

I'm not a black pill guy because like you I'm based in reality but I acknowledge there is 100% a deep state running things though it may not be as direct as some think

Not so fast fats. That is for you sfp

The deep state has been at work for many years. I don't think we can ever be rid of such as there are those yet to be born that will fill their shoes. As a free society all people are allowed to grow and become part of society. Not all will do so with 'good' in mind.

That's a different discussion, though. That's not the black pill.

There is a bureaucracy that is a Leviathan. Project 2025 was trying to work to help Trump work to combat it and/or work for him. But people pretend that has nothing to do with Trump now b/c it became an attack-meme by the Left.

That bureaucracy isn't going to decertify the election or cause martial law/a civil war.

There are 2 public indictments, a public criminal trial of his #1, and multiple civil suits. None have provided this and all are tools against the conspiracy (or have been claimed to be at times). Maybe there simply wasn't as much going on? This is just like the FTX CTs.

Lack of proof is not proof, regardless.

It seems to me that it shows they prefer Trump over Kamala.

Based on the claims the past 4 years, losing a battle should not be possible.

I literally cited recent threads discussing just this.

Lack of proof is not proof, unless it is election denial, right.

I'll expand.

Society is mind fricked by decades of subtle programming. See Bonhoeffer's Theory of Stupidity

We saw "smart" people go apoplectic over a vaccine. Calling for camps, societal rejection, house arrest, denial of health care, etc only for their belief was rooted in 100% compliance with the programming on TV. frick those people, I hope they get to one day live in their authoritarian world and weep while seeing others enjoy freedom.

Social media has now given people the ability to see what other individuals think of them, at least politically.

As long as both sides truly believe the only way to either "take back" their country, or "Progress forward" is to control DC and the center of power, the battle will carry on with a slim margin.

Either we need a return to absolute Federalism as intended before the Constitution, or, we break up the Union and let people live in the environment they seek.

I've already said if that happens against all the data we have, then I'll become a lot more receptive to the conspiratorial talk.

Do you REALLY think that's likely, given what we know now?

No, lack of proof of election fraud doesn't prove election fraud occurred.

Are you attempting a poorly-worded whataboutism?

There was a specific thread on a potential "civil war" yesterday. I don't think this breakup is possible. But that discussion is for that thread. Toomer Deplorable did try to derail it with his insanity, I will warn you.

Just read the title.

Clearly defining terms used to set the parameter of the discussion while giving examples is "rambling like an insane person" to you? Noted.
