I expect the Democrats like Raskin to play Lucy with the football with Democrat voters just like the Republicans do with Republican voters. They secretly/not-so-secretly want Trump in office. Trump is good for political donations and TV ratings.

Except for the fact that a bunch of crooked cronies would be spitting in the face of 75+ million voters just by labeling Trump as an insurrectionist with no real due process. They got away with the obvious steal, in 2020, but this should be the straw that breaks the camels back if they do it.
