It’s crazy you think he’s a natural leader. I wouldn’t follow him to HEB. Does a leader run scared and refuse to debate his challengers or does he say “Hell yeah I’ll debate, I’ll put my record up against anyone. I want to show America how much better I am than my opponents.”? Do you think Washington, Jefferson, or Lincoln would refuse to debate or associate with the likes of Roger Stone or Loomer? Trump is just rich trash. If his dad wasn’t the man he was, Trump would be selling used boats on 10 year financing plans.

would you promote him or fire him? There is no doubt I would fire him. He would be a cancer in any organization. He would undermine coworkers, blame problems or mistakes on others, and lie about the root causes of problems. He would not do the hard work to truly understand an issue. How many industry papers and experts with differing opinions do you think he read or talked to during the Covid crisis? As a manager he would promote people for brown nosing rather than job performance. He would take credit for rather than give credit to his subordinates. He may have good instincts but he is the exact opposite of what any organization needs to be successful. So all of you plastic boobed, nuts on the trailer hitch, tattooed, nicotine addicted, grandkids raising, pontoon boat driving Trump supporters can kiss my arse. He is not what this country needs.

This is what mental illness looks like, folks.

Would you fire him if his replacement was much much worse?

You’re obviously not a business owner.

I would start re-evaluating my hiring practices.

I you hired a home builder to build you a house and he built less than half of it and then bragged about what he did, would you want your money back or would you hire him to build another house? The definition of insane is if you would hire him to build another house.

Donald Trump has you, a 60 year old man, acting like an emotionally wrecked woman.

How embarrassing, you people need help.

1. You're talking to mostly Cult members here, and people join the Cult of Trump precisely because they wish they could act like him and would if they could. So convincing them that his behavior is toxic instead of awesome is a losing battle.

2. He's still better than Biden. By a good margin.
Which should give an idea of how bad Biden is.

I hadn't noticed you before. I'll watch out for you in the future. That's some perspicacious stuff.

I have had shitty people work for me over the years but they made me money so I let them get away with a lot.

I made that mistake early on. I finally came to take a no shitheads position, and that's when things really took off. If his colleagues don't like him he's fired. There is a great little business book about this. It's called The Five Disfunctions of a Team.

I'm sure there are some companies for which your way would work. For example, a company that mostly has people selling individually.

Aw great 140th post, welcome to the board.

Now lets put some famous world leaders in this context:

Would you fire Winston Churchil for being an out of control drunk, loudmouth, a-hole?

Would you fire Bill Clinton for sticking his dick in anything that moves in the office?

Would you fire Teddy Roosevelt for being an early version of Trump?

Would you fire JFK for sticking his dick in anything that moves includign Sam Giancana's girlfriend, all while on a pain pill addiction?

Would you fire Dwight Eisenhower for porking his lady driver regularly?

We could go all day but as you can see the intellectual background to this is weak sauce.

you would probably fire Elon, Bezos, and a thousand other oracles of modern business. These people arent wired to be "employees" for some slapnuts message board poster. They are wired to lead.

If Trump was my employee, hmmm

He is funny, charismatic, and tells good stories. He has 1000s of great contacts.
Was liked by everyone until he ran for president
Yep I’d hire him and my business would flourish

All of this is just you getting in your feelings. Trump's history as a businessman speaks for itself. He's actually a very good executive with a proven track record of success. That includes his time as the President of the United States. What he can't do is stop you from being a pussy.
