would you promote him or fire him? There is no doubt I would fire him. He would be a cancer in any organization. He would undermine coworkers, blame problems or mistakes on others, and lie about the root causes of problems. He would not do the hard work to truly understand an issue. How many industry papers and experts with differing opinions do you think he read or talked to during the Covid crisis? As a manager he would promote people for brown nosing rather than job performance. He would take credit for rather than give credit to his subordinates. He may have good instincts but he is the exact opposite of what any organization needs to be successful.

So all of you plastic boobed, nuts on the trailer hitch, tattooed, nicotine addicted, grandkids raising, pontoon boat driving Trump supporters can kiss my arse. He is not what this country needs.

Oh, he's toxic and a net negative for the party. And possibly the worst trait has been that he has moved the party into populism.

However, two problems:

1. You're talking to mostly Cult members here, and people join the Cult of Trump precisely because they wish they could act like him and would if they could. So convincing them that his behavior is toxic instead of awesome is a losing battle.

2. He's still better than Biden. By a good margin.
Which should give an idea of how bad Biden is.

Yet your sorry arse prolly voted for Biden. A demented, corrupt af grifter that is destroying the country.

Would I want Trump as my employee? Hell no. Wouldn’t want to work for him or be his friend either. But the guy at least has an understanding of what’s good for the country. Pre-Covid he had this country hitting on all cylinders.

I'd make him CFO and also put him in charge of HR.

You would fire a natural leader who knows how to make money?

I have had shitty people work for me over the years but they made me money so I let them get away with a lot.

Love him, hate him or somewhere in between, I think every citizen knows where they stand on Trump.
