The annual Social Security budget is $1.4 Trillion. By 2035 social security is expected to be between 17 and 23 percent short - so around $300 billion.
The United States spends $70 billion annually in foreign aid, not including special expenditures for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, etc., which have been well in excess of $200 billion. None of this includes direct military expenditures and operations in other countries which are tens of billions more. Nor does it include war spending in Afghanistan, which was $2.3 trillion. (or the next Afghanistan, or the next or the next or the next)

I literally posted the numbers for you from 2023 (the last official numbers we have).
It accounts for all of that spending you're referencing in the non-discretionary spending. Again, you can cut all of that to $0 moving forward and see how the math doesn't work.
That has nothing to do with a deficit. That has to do with debt.
We can't tackle the debt until we get on the other side of the annual deficit

SS is more of a government skimming scam than an entitlement. They have been borrowing the "Trust Fund" for decades as a blue light special paying interest that was lower than the inflation rate.
Had it been invested in the stock market the interest would have been 9% compounded instead of the 2% government has typically paid.
