Maxwell is corroborating what hundreds of victims have previously testified to. This is new evidence because until now no one in government has ever tried asking her these questions. Or any questions.

all i have ever heard is that there were cameras everywhere and epstein filmed everyone having sex with underage kids. where is the video. if doj has all the video, there is your evidence to file charges. a list means nothing.

Probably a list compiled from the tons of VHS tapes confiscated from his place. You would not go to all of the trouble of videoing all of the debauchery without labeling the tapes as you pack them away for future blackmail use.

Everything that happened on that island was recorded and the FBI confiscated thousands of hours of video footage of the exploitation and abuse of children on that island. 100% there was a list. You don’t think the FBI compiled many associates of Epstein in their investigation? It’s not hard to figure out where the DOJ could come up with names. That doesn’t mean 100 people had sex with girls.

Right, the tons of tapes and hard drives taken from his island that seemingly have either disappeared or have no evidence on them.
Similar to the FBI opening a safe at his NYC place, seeing hard drives/tapes, deciding they somehow weren’t covered by the warrant, then coming back four days later to find they were missing.
You couldn’t write a plot for a movie better than this

Pam Bondi confirmed there was a list. When asked about "The list", she said it is sitting on my desk.
Trying to change it later to There was just a stack of old TicTacToe games on my desk does not change what her answer was when specifically questioned about the list.
We know the list exists, simply because the lady in possession of it said it does.
