Ain't nobody freediving it, but it's not super technical and just needs some tri-mix. It wouldn't require any special equipment and about any military with a diving capability could pull it off. It's not standard scuba but plenty of civilians dive that deep.
no doubt it is not as technical or hard as the commercial divers on rigs. still a very dangerous dive for random civilians who just dive recreationally.

So now we are from “floating” explosives to pushing or pulling them… all the while, the Russians who you think did it, that supply the gas line could just turn it off with out “floating, pulling, or pushing” explosives.. just doesn’t make sense.
And to cover my arse I have no idea who did it, just thinking the people selling the gas would rather shut it off before pushing, pulling, or floating explosives to blow up the pipe that supplies them with billions in revenue.
They weren't getting any revenue from either pipeline though, and they probably wouldn't have in the foreseeable future.
Are pipelines insured?

No. It would be an act of peace. Obviously

Is it an act of war every time we do a drone strike?
Just asking

The marxist king of the CIA says Russia. The way that he sets it up to blame Russia says it all. Too many uneccesary small details makes a liar.
John Brennan blames Russia for blowing up their own pipeline and is itching for Putin to be replaced VIDEO CLIP
So we have our answer. If Brennan blames Russia the opposite is the truth.
This man should not be an expert on TV getting six figures; he should be in maximum security for 30 plus life.
Our country was infiltrated when he passed his security/background clearance on the second try-- after being a card-carrying communist.

Sadly, this is why it was us. Obama signed off. Because we can.

Any decent diver with a scuba tank could reach it. Hell, some people could free dive it.
I didn't believe you but... Wow 124meters is the free dive record. He's French though so we can rule him out

Yes...it is!! Not only that, sanctions, financing and facilitating everything we have given them is also an act of war. People act like we aren't at war...we might not be physically, but in every other aspect we are picking up the tab. Wake up!!

Our genius president basically said he would do it. Of course we did it.
Nope
Good job falling for Russian disinformation though

Obviously it’s much more reasonable to believe the sabotage was conducted by Russia, even though it removes their single biggest bargaining chip which they have the ability to weaponize, and also have full leverage over from a resource standpoint.
It makes total sense for them to do this, knowing NATO presence in the Baltic could easily prove their involvement.

Yes blowing up critical infrastructure on foreign soil is an act of war

Anyone else capable?
Pretty much every nation on the Baltic Sea is capable. Every semi-competent navy in the world can place an explosive on a static, undefended object in 300ft of water.
