Dems are mentally sick. Who in their right mind would allow the FBI to arbitrarily searching through some ficiticous allegation?

And people need to start asking what authority does the fbi have to investigate this matter. If the event happened, it’s clearly only a local police matter.

Dems are terrible.

It is kinda like the questions:

"So, when did you stop beating your wife?"

OR

"What was the first time you took it up the arse like?"

No one should welcome an investigation from the crooked FBI. Are you serious?

Let Gillibrand and that lunatic from Hawaii keep yapping and watch black and Hispanic men vote for Trump in numbers a Republican wouldn't have dreamed of 5 years ago. Seriously, why any male would support a party whose feminist allies want to turn our legal system into something out of a Solzhenitsyn novel is beyond me.

The FBI investigated this already.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'd rather my federal tax money didn't go towards an investigation into an alleged assault from 36 years ago, involving high school kids, that resulted in no injuries, rapes, or deaths and wasn't reported at the time.

Should anybody have to voice this opinion? What happened to common sense?

“Hey black dude. If you did nothing wrong, why be upset that police stopped you for questioning?”

“Hey Hispanic people. If you did nothing wrong, why object to ICE asking for documents?”

“Hey Muslims. If you aren’t up to something, why object to additional scrutiny and vetting ?”

“Hey libs. If you aren’t doing wrong, why object to voter ID?”

the FBI has already said it is not their jurisdiction. as soon as the hack lawyer heard this they changed.

many have testified clearing Kav but the delay tactic will continue.

the dems look real ugly at this point.

Do liberals realize that we know they're full of shite when they keep using any and every thing as a basis for a "Full FBI investigation"? Do they know that we know that's just excuse for more delay?

If you got a call from a credit card company claiming you owed them $50k, knowing you never owned a credit card in your life, what should you do?

If someone accuses you of a crime, are you obligated to do anything? Just because they say so?

Who's responsible for moving the claim forward? Simple question.

If they revealed this back in July there would have been plenty of time to investigate.

Their end game is delay to midterms. Not truth.

Nothing criminal will come of this so the only thing the FBI could do is reveal the allegation.

That's already been done, so there is nothing left for the FBI to do here.

The correct response here is a) the FBI has already stated there is nothing to investigate, and b) why has she never filed a complaint with the proper authorities, the local police.

A possible answer to part b is that false allegations make her subject to potential criminal (unlikely she’d actually be charged) AND civil charges (more likely IMO).

We'll since Congress is married to wasteful spending of our tax dollars, why the he'll not?why not open up yet another useless witch hunt investigation that will cost the taxpayer millions of dollars? Why not continue to weaponize the Eff Bee Eye for politically biased reasoning?

This is just another circus hoop. It's all about the stall. And it's working. It's unbelievable the coverage that the MSM is giving to people who are speaking out against Kavanaugh. Thus far it's like a small army of people who are speaking out in defense of JBC, whereas one single person is making a single allegation against him... And that one single person has already contradicted her own story.

And now we're expected to let her set the terms for her testimony when she is the accuser? The right better be careful because this is a slippery slope. The "prosecution" or offense, is supposed to make a detailed claim, followed by the defense or "accused" getting a chance to rebut the claim of wrongdoing. So do we now start making the defense in courtrooms start giving their side first, and then telling the prosecutor to rebut based on the testimony of the accused?

What it boils down to is that Kavanaugh truly has done nothing wrong. Ford should be subpoenaed immediately to testify Monday, before the one she accused has to speak in defense of himself. The Right is so confident that they're willing to reverse normal order to show how cooperative they're being. But why? That might seem like a good move at first glance.... But it is not a good move. The leftist scum don't care what Kavanaugh has to say anyway. They've already openly admitted this. They simply want Kavanaugh to testify hoping that he'll slip up and say something they can attack him with. Again. And then Ford will not even show up to present her side of what didn't happen.

So, subpoena that liar. I'm a Chevy guy so I never trust a Ford anyway. And when she doesn't show up and present her recollection of the incident first, hold the confirmation vote immediately without making Kavanaugh testify in his own defense against an unofficial and highly suspect claim.

TL/DR: Frick Ford if she isn't willing to play by the rules. And frick the spineless GOPe for allowing this shitshow to run off the rails.

Because then Democrats can say "He's under FBI investigation! He cannot be appointed until the investigation is completely over with!"
