If Ginsburg doesn't even show up how do we know if she's really voting?

She could be completely incapacitated at home and somebody else is voting in her place for all we know.
Never mind the fact that how does she know how to vote on cases that she doesn't hear? Or is her mind already made up on cases before hand.

While I agree with the sentiment, its not hard to figure out how she'd vote on most things.
Its whatever is the most "progressive" stance lately.

Shady AF.
I have no confidence that she’s actually voting. None. Her clerks are doing it. They were put there by powerful democrats. No judical law clerk gets hired without political iinfluence on his/her behalf.
She should be forcibly recused from voting if she isn’t capable of attending the hearings. It’s too shady.
If you aren’t present in Congress you can’t vote. Not sure why it would be any different for any branch of gvt.

She needs to step down. It’s borderline shameful she’s hanging on to her seat this hard - the shameful part being I have no doubt she’s being pushed to stay on.

She doesn’t need much pushing to stay on. The last thing that bag of bones wants to do is give up her seat and let Trump pick a replacement. It will be done over her dead body, literally.

This is not a reason to extract a vote from a person in a vegetative state, if she’s gone mentally, then her vote should not be counted
