re: If California is a fixed political machine

You are looking at it from the wrong angle. You are looking at it from a how much of the general population votes for who angle. The key player in California politics are the state employment unions. They control who is put on the ballot and who is allowed to run for office in California. They are overwhelmingly Democrat and will keep anyone not in favor of expanding their membership and pensions from having any chance of winning an election in that state.

These cities guarantee California will always vote Dem for statewide/federal elections:
San Francisco
San Jose
Los Angeles
Orange County used to be reliably red but not any more.

The election by popular vote of Kamala Harris as a California senator prior to her role as VP, comparable to the support she received statewide in her run for democratic president candidate ‘20, tells me what I need to know.
Her selection as the brown- woman first veep as opposed to Tulsi, tells the rest of the story.

Trump won CA in 2020
Trumps vote total in 2020 would not have won any presidential election after 2000. Trump almost got doubled up in vote count (11.1 million to 6 million) in 2020. And the state has had one Republican Governor or Senator in three decades and that was Schwarzenegger. Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania are worth having a conversation about. Talking about Trump winning California is just delusional.

Pennsylvania is under control…. Bucks County is the model of Dem election shenanigans

Look up Ballot Harvesting. It is completely legal in California & it is insane how people there work the system to the Democrats advantage
I don't doubt this at all but it's hard to believe after all this time that the republicans haven't come up with a counter to that except for the most likely possibility that they simply don't want to.

Illegals can get a license and they have to check a box saying they are not a legal resident (Im certain they will check a govt box with their address on it saying they are illegal). Then ballots are mailed out, using the dmv list to all eligible voters. Lest thats what we are to believe.
If we have sent out a verification on address for someone for mailing of ballots and inform them its against federal law to vote if they are not a citizen.....and that form does not come back....well no need to send out that ballot...just print er and stuff er.
I read an article a while back that showed the laws instituted in cali on voting and the shifts in voting with every law. Course their argument is, we just made it easier to vote.....but somehow every new voter was democratic????????

Cali’s been gone way longer than that

Yup. The transition began in the 1980s. Regan won California in 1984 by 16%. Bush won in 1988 by 3%. California went for Clinton and 1992 and that was the year they voted out their last Republican Senator. California has been solidly blue for over 30 years now. And no, I don't count Arnold, who was more socially liberal than Bill Clinton, as evidence to the contrary.

That’s your reasoning for it being very blue ? Say you don’t know about elections and how large cities operate and we would understand that comprehension of yours

Unfortunately the blue/gray areas have a much higher concentration of “voters”.
It has a higher concentration of votes available to steal. This is the critical component. The filth is genius at gas lighting and setting you up to steal votes by telling the casual observer that the polls are close and its a toss up so when it is due to stolen votes the filth can say, see, told you it was close.
2020 was not close and neither was 2022 until the frickery came into play.

It is an extremely blue state.
40/52 federal representatives are dems
2 dem senators
dem governor
Dem super-majorities in their legislature. What is Carlson yapping about?
The only "red" parts are in the interior of the state.
Proof of who is voting?

Big cities run the show if they can outpace the rural population, Illinois, NY, MA, NJ, CA and they can flood the suburbs with middle aged white women.

Now if you are saying he legitimately won and the vote totals were fraudulent, then yes.
But that leads to a bigger issue, when Latinos know who they voted for in mass but have the political will from their country of origin.

Yes, and Republicans are getting into the game as well.
In 2022 there were three closely contested congressional contests in California, all won by Republicans-- District 3, won by Kevin Kiley, district 22, won by David Valadao and district 41 won by Ken Calvert. All three races were declared "toss-ups" in pre-election polling, and Republican success in getting out their vote secured the election for these three reps.

Biden only needed equal to what the Democratic Candidate received in California in 2016, 2012, 2008, and 2004. And Al Gore in 2000 only got less than 150,000 than Trump did in 2020.

Yep
In a fair election Trump wins by a landslide in the last election and in the upcoming election
