re: If Biden won 2020 legitimately

So in your view the SCOTUS should verify election
The Supreme Court should decide constitutional issues. There were a multitude of them in 2020 which favored Joe Biden. The Supreme Court refused to take the case up and instead found "lack of standing."
On that basis, if Arkansas dumped a bunch of carcinogens into the Mississippi river that ended up in New Orleans water, but had not yet been shown to cause cancer in the New Orleans population, the Supreme Court would hold that Louisiana had no standing to bring an interstate case against Arkansas. Of course, that is pure lunacy.

It's like you've framed this to where there can't even be a response, and you're doing this without any direct, credible evidence to prove the fraud in 2020 even occurred. Amazing
Thanks.
And I like how you offered zero reasonable alternatives which would explain their behavior.
Being good at covering evidence of cheating doesn’t mean cheating hasn’t occurred. In fact you could argue it’s yet more evidence that they cheat quite often.

"Has GA stopped cheating yet?"

quote:The case you referecnes was a complete long-shot, that was completely general in it's claims. Every state in every election could make the claim "we don't like the other states' results". Taking it up as precedent would have meant every election would land in the court -- thus far exceeding the court's constitutional authority. If you want an activist court, just say you want an activist court. Just dont' be disappointed when it doesn't go your way.

quote:There is cheating every year. Look at Nixon vs Kennedy. People laughed about it.
The evidence is obvious. Look at the voting numbers compared to prior elections. It was industrialized illegal ballot harvesting.
They didn’t cheat enough in 2016. And then they overdid it cheating in 2020, so much so that the vote totals were comically ridiculous. 81 million???? LOL!
And yet, that is what it took for Biden to eke out half-percentage wins in Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, etc.
Nobody can say with a straight face such an uninspiring candidate as Joe pulled more votes than Obama. Nobody.

Interesting. I've been told that has already been determined, and that the answer is "easy."
As for me, the issue is actually investigating, and determining what did, or did not happen, as best we can, at long last. As I have said many many times, the issue is confidence in the process.
When you have a process that was as screwed up as 2020 was, and you have a large contingent fighting like banshees to prevent an examination of the facts, it severely undermines confidence going forward. That is dangerous. It should never happen. But that's where we are.

quote:Sure it is. By the logic of those asking the question, the answer is "Yes, he won." Period. It's just that easy.
It is a simple yes or no question. Did Lance Armstrong win the Tour de France?

No. It's not.
Then again, the OP added the pesky adverb "legitimately."

Nope. That's not an equal protection issue.
The basis of the refusal would be "lack of standing," which is identical to the SCOTUS contention in TX v PA. Equal protection was never considered because ... wait 4 it ... the case was never heard.

The lack of evidence IS evidence of the conspiracy

Which behavior? Making moonbats look like idiots? I did explain that

The fact OP thought he had a gotcha when the questions keep getting asked to make muh steal NPCs look like retards and laughing stocks is mind-numbing

It's a pretty bold claim
I can't prove something so that means it definitely happened

The ultimate irony of the conspiracy theorists being upset at people Just asking questions is apex level stuff

There is a pretty clear pattern
Trump makes sensational claim without evidence
MAGA repeats sensational claim without evidence (something they would have never even thought of themselves if Trump didn't tell them to think it)
Reasonable person: Where is the evidence?
MAGA: You have TDS!

I would argue that reasonable people filter the bluster on both sides and see/acknowledge that we really do have fraud-friendly policies and procedures starting with registration and right on through vote counting.

I'm willing to take a bite out of that apple
Let's say the system has some flaws and is ripe for abuse. You wouldn't think the fraud would cut both ways?
Do you think Trump specifically is so pure and honest that he wouldn't have any minions of his attempt to exploit the fraud to his benefit? Does he seem like the type of person that would knowingly allow his opponent to cheat and not counter them in any way?

You don't have to just spitball it. It's verifiable and not an accident.

It could, but that doesn't mean it does.
To be clear, I'm not arguing there's a shite ton of voter fraud. At this stage I'm just arguing that it would be easy for there to be, and it would involve little risk.

Pure and honest? No.
But he's also not engaged, strategic or protected enough to lead an effort like that.
