The person claiming that the official result was fraudulent is making the additional claim, so the burden falls on that person to produce evidence sufficient to overturn it.

If I had to guess, there was a concern about politically-based prosecutions by the Trump admin, but that's just a guess. You have to ask Joe Biden that question to get the real answer.

How do you feel about the J6 'insurrection" where people were rounded up and sentenced for years in prison - Perhaps I forget - but I do not recall your putting in one word regarding that abysmal failure of producing 'evidence' = what actually happened there was one gigantic failure of the legal system - and it is still a sad day in the life of America -
You discount EVERY piece of legitimate 'evidence' and do not care that the whole scheme was orchestrated by the Speaker of the House to kick off just moments before the House was going to take up actual consideration of challenges to electors from various states - sending the House into "emergency" situation where those challenges were summarily DISMISSED without ANY discussion - and Biden declared the WINNER by gawd = 'they don;t need no messing around with RULEs.
Strange how both sides of a legal argument can be so clear - and yet so wrong.
