Question I'd have, though, is are their legit leads from investigations that there's someone working for that plant who is under real suspicion of a crime, like robbery, rape, etc.?
If so...you've got to go in there and get that person, and if in the process you're finding other folks who are here illegally, well...it's what it is. Once they're caught and found to be here illegally, if they haven't committed any crimes that they need to be held here for and given a prison sentence, send them home.

This was the entire purpose the Dems had in their protests and riots: to make being here illegally the norm rather than viewed as a crime. They succeeded. The goal posts have been moved on illegal immigration. This country is fricked

In this particular scenario, you would want to take said perp off property. 1) Less chance of resistance from employer/co-workers. 2) At first mention of ICE, every illegal in that plant will take all directions like a nest of cockroaches.
So if the intent is to only grab the 1, do it off site. Arrest them on their way home or on their way in.
If you want to nab collaterals, it's going to be a very large operation.

Immigration as a whole is Broken. People that have been here and have tried to lead a good,clean life should be given some sort of opportunity to get documented without having to be Deported. No need to persecute them even if they are here illegally. Especially if they have been good, hard working citizens.

Republicans made this issue by not placing the blame for the deportations on Democrats open border policies. Biden brought them in illegally and the current round up and deportation are on him and Democrats.
It's the same as don't blame the police for arresting the law breakers.
