Okay.. so, the only problem I see is looky-loos in the way. The taking him to the cop car didn't really seem so bad, especially navigating interfering persons and snow/ice.
The other clip- no idea what we're looking at, short, without context and with the date stamp mangling the view.

Relentless always finds himself on the side of the immigrants but he is really for deportations as long as 37 court hearings take place and every form has the correct punctuation which would be impossible for 10+ million immigrants which is really what he is suggesting

What's bad about it is
1) starts after the interaction escalated to arrest/detention
2) people interfering
3) it's a video of a video
4) other clip also lacks length or context

Do you know how often citizens are unlawfully detained by the police everywhere around this country? It happens all the time. Like every day and in every state.

Did they take you in or just detain you at the scene? Did they tackle you to the ground? Did you have to prove that you were a United States citizen?

The party of small government has shown up in this thread to tell us that it's no big deal if you're illegally detained by police. Of course, that's only ever going to happen to dirty stupid illegals who deserve it; you'll never be the one getting your rights violated.
