I love it, if ICE are now smart enough to use commercial rental agencies, pay for the additional collision protection (which I always hate, since the vehicles are insured), then don't care how they turn it in.

Large rental fleets are self insured.
SO that's one reason to never buy a "program" vehicle that was in a rental fleet because any accidents will not show up in a Car Fax report. Car fax only report accidents available from insurance companies.
So if the vehicle is self insured or the owner pays cash then there is no record on Car Fax type reports.
