I live 25 minutes from a Whataburger and 75 minutes to In-N-Out. I would rather drive to Allen, TX to eat at In-N-Out than eat Whataburger.

But I'm more than good with Braums here local. It's way better than Whataburger.

In-N-Out also has a strong reputation as a good employer. It pays above-average wages and generally has less turnover than what has been traditional in the fast-food space.

Ehh it’s because they aren’t in the south.

I’m sure their wages aren’t better than say chic fi la.

Way overrated. Whataburger is much better as a fast food place.

Is it? I went to the Whataburger on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge years ago and it seemed ghetto/dirty. I dont remember it being any better than Burger King.

I like places where you can see the workers in the kitchen. lol

I've never ate there but fast food is fast food.

Besides we have Blue Bell ice cream which trumps In-N-Out or any other fast food by a good ol country mile

Well if you're going to make blanket statements about Whataburger it needs to include locations that are in the city where a large chunk of TDers are from.

The Tennessean

May get your wish sooner rather than later. They are opening a corporate office and restaurant location in the Nashville area.

I found it pretty underwhelming. You can get a better fast food burger at whataburger or shake shack (which is way over priced)

I love In and Out Burger...I don't know if it isnt having one, but when we are in Vegas I eat at In and Out and White Castle at least 2 times each.

I am in Mobile. I have a Whataburger about 2/10th of a mile from my house and a Krystal about 3 miles from me.

I might go to Whataburger maybe 3-4 times a year.

Anyone who says In N Out is overrated is a retard. And that goes 5x for anyone who says Whataburger is better.

In-N-Out puts bible verses on all their wrappers and cups so they're cool with even if they serve bland fries that suck.

Neither of these two are what you would call fast food, more historic pubs.

Callaghans advertises the best burger in Alabama. It is a very good one in a pub that has been there about 100 years. Callaghans is all time landmark in Oakleigh, corner of Marine and Charleston - three doors down from Joe Cains house. Ate my first meal in Mobile there, went a block to Washington Square and decided to accept a job offer.

But I love LODA Bier Garden on Dauphin more.. Their draft selection is phenomenal also. You can also get phenomenally expensive if you'd like with their beer/meade choices, ABV up to 20% or so. Did I say buzzing?

Houston area ones are good, especially comparing them to places like In or Out, Wendy’s, etc.

Been there one time about a year ago. Fast and cheap.

Like I said, been there one time. Not going back.

Their fries do suck but EVERYTHING else about them is superior. Burgers, service, etc is awesome
