Certainly, I was responding to him saying that NOLA is the reason our state is so statistically terrible.

How did your vote help our state? Not flaming, convince me why I should pull the lever for Edwards outside of personal animosity.

Rispone is slime. He is everything that is wrong with politics today. He is saying nothing, he stands for nothing, he is nothing.
Dude spouts generic buzzwords and talking points, and you simple bastards eat that shite up. . .he is basically a neo-con Obama without any of the demeanor or ability.
You're saying this shite about a guy who built a company that clears $350 million a year with his own two hands, brain and ability to manage thousands of employees.
People who don't stand for anything like you claim Rispone does does not manage that kind of luck in building a company like that. That takes values, principles and a strong work ethic.
If Rispone wins, he will be a great Governor that will prove you wrong and you will have serious thoughts about voting for him in 2023. He has the potential to be Louisiana's Rick Scott who was very good for Florida.

Good move bro. After Jindal I can't believe people care about the national shite when it comes to our local races. People never learn!!
Quick question, can you even name who ran against Jindal for his reelection?

Don't let any conservative leave the collectivist, borg-like plantation, or you get threads like this.
It says a lot about you that you're fighting with people that don't vote for people they politically disagree with.
You're the one that's voting for someone you claim you disagree with and you're getting righteously mocked and shite on for it.
It's like a socialist voting for Trump.

So you voted to have the worse economic growth for the next four years.
Congrats?
Congrats?

JBE is the MOST pro-life governor in my lifetime.
Then whey does he have a pro-abortionist running the department of health?
A woman who loves abortion so much that she sued to force private institutions to carry pills that cause abortions.

It reminds me of the same leftist talking points...
"I'm a Second Amendment guy, BUT"

Flame away, neo-cons!
The lack of awareness it takes to run around saying, "I vote for the person" in 2019 when with VERY rare exception, a vote for a Democrat is basically the same no matter which Democrat(and vice versa) is just staggering.

A vote for JBE is a vote against Trump. It’s a vote in support of his impeachment. It’s a vote for the dishonest media that will tout the presidents weaked presence in politics.
It’s a vote against everything Trump stands for on the national stage.
JBE will push every Democratic initiative he thinks he can get away within LA. Medicaid expansion is just the first. Appeasing the local Democrats on the St George issue should tell you what he thinks of due process and the rights of voters
If you have a problem with Rispone then vote him out after next term in favor of a different conservative. Not vote in JBE. That’s just stupid.

Seriously your the human trash that got Edwards elected in the first place......you got so much RINO in you that you didn't even have the guts to stay home.

We elect career politicians, and then bitch that govt is being run terribly. So the option is to run govt like a business...so businessmen run for office and get railed for having no experience. Talk about your circular logic. I for one am tired of being told to support more and more spending...I want to see someone stand up and say that we don’t have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem. And I can’t for the life of me recall a D saying that.

Yeah. That’s applicable to a gubernatorial election.

To strain credibility by rationalizing voting for John Bel, on top of everything else, one also has to rationalize that somehow there is redeeming social value in his releasing over 2,000 potential loose cannons on the populace solely to make our incarceration rates appear a little more palatable on the national scene.
Is it fair to say that the jury is still out on such a move?
After all, only about 1/3rd of them, at this point, have returned to crime; and only 6 of them, at this point, are up on murder charges.
For those who revel in "interesting times" and thrive on risk, how challenging will it be when the newly instituted unanimous decisions required in felony trials kick in to complement more releases by John Bel.
It should be particularly interesting around here.

You should have kept your previous stance; at least you would still have your morals. Now you've replaced them with the highest tax rates, highest unemployment, highest insurance rates... But I'm glad you voted for JBE because you felt he was a "good man". The Titanic also had a "good man" whom went down with the ship...not long after he drove it into an iceberg.
