What did Jindal do that hurt the people of Louisiana??

I didn’t like him because he wouldn’t cut government. JBE voted for every Jindal budget I believe but what he really wanted was for Jindal to raise taxes to protect the government class.

Y'all are the one of 50 states that has actually lost jobs statewide instead of creating jobs in literally the best American economy ever...

And you're still voting for the guy who has put you in that situation...

I am disappoint.

Open borders - wth does that have to do with a La. governor's race?
Higher taxes - How about balancing the budget?

Louisiana has borders baw. And old Mexico ain’t but a day’s drive.

You wan’t the budget balanced. There’s billions that can be cut and nobody would notice. No politician has the balls to do it. All the doom and gloom that gets pushed by leftist media when cuts are attempted are just scare tactics.

Taxes will never stop increasing. It will never be enough. We have to say no to it all to force the politicians hand so they have to seriously look at spending.

Well I am Catholic ok u are not that is ok as well . I don’t give shite what people do on Sunday , only what I do. However blatant false statements are still false statements. Jindal was in office 8 years what pro life legislation did that guy sign. All he did was listen to DC lobbyist Grover Nordquist. I think Jindals nose is still stuck up Grover’s arse.

but u also need Human capital , ie work force that is educated and well trained

Louisiana has this. The problem is we have kids that were raised by kids who were raised by kids as well. They don’t know how to behave in a job or how to be successful and independent. Investing more in education and job training will will not help.

Jindal began running for president the second he was elected Governor.

Running the state became an afterthought, at best. . .a bother, at worst.

Sad, too, because the dude is brilliant.

ok I appreciate the civil tone of ur comment, but let’s find a definition of Human capital. The way it is defined in Economic literature is educated and trained work force, we are good at the jobs in natural resources but the modern tech and computer jobs or jobs that are related to R&D intensive industries we lack there, the other thing we lack is quality infastructure
