Since you are bashing him, make sure you don't vote for him in 2024.

If you do, you will be a hypocrite and hypocrites are as bad as liars and thieves.

If it comes down to trump vs biden again, I'll vote trump again while holding back vomit. It's fkn pathetic that these two clowns are the candidates this country can produce.

I'm voting for whoever has the best chance to win who also wants to or displays the greatest odds of reducing deficit spending. I don't care about anything else, because honestly all this other soap opera shite, constantly living 4 years in the past that everyone on this board eats up is irrelevant if we dont handle this debt to GDP issue. I dont care what letter they have next to their name. Trump has shown me, he will not reduce the deficit, so he is not my preferred candidate; but he could still manage to be the lesser of two evils, and that will be a sad day.

This board doesn't love Trump any more.

You have a few dedicated lunatics and losers, and that's about it.

The Trump train is pretty much derailed.

DeSantis falls in neither camp. Trump attacking him is not only a bad look, it is strategically stupid.

Agree 100%

What on earth does he have to gain from attacking Desantis. And when has Desantis ever publicly criticized him.

This is a terrible look.

He needs to stop it.

He doesn’t need to do it to win the R nomination, and he is actually alienating others he could otherwise count on.

It makes zero sense.

It doesn’t matter. There was no need to have a vaccine for CONvid . It’s 99.9 percent survivable. He should’ve had the balls to say no we’re not doing this. Even a blind man could’ve seen that it was gonna be mandated as soon as they got him out of the WH

Give me a fricking break!! Your hind site is pretty pathetic, nobody knew shite back then!!

Correct. He's running 20pts ahead. Run against Biden and the Dems.

I guess my biggest wonder is...why?

Other than the fact that DeSantis may very well hop into the race, what exactly has DeSantis done either personally or defacto to get Trump to go nuclear like this at him?

Far as I can tell, whatever he may have said in the past, there's not one of us here that wouldn't trade our governor for him, and he's sure as shite governed like an America First candidate. Not just saying things, but actually doing things.

Other than the individual goal of kneecapping DeSantis prior to a Primary run, what good does any of this do to "the movement" Trump et al say they're interested in? Do we really want DeSantis bloodied so bad he's not just not effective as the Florida Governor but any future chance as President?

Furthermore, it’s truly pissing me off after his inexplicable support of Ronna McDaniel and hanging around with Lindsey Graham.

Desantis is otherwise an ideological ally who is a model he could follow.

I cannot express in words how utterly unproductive this is.

Trump lost me with his continuously pimping the clot shot and rushing it through. The guy needs to move on.

I know this board loves trump, as I did but I can’t vote for him in 2024. He wants to talk shite about democrats that’s fine. He has been going after conservatives that I feel are not deserving of going after. That’s where I draw the line.

I know I’ll get a record for downvotes but it’s the truth. I’ll write in Ron.

Sack up baw! Whoever is the R nominee you vote for that candidate, we can't allow another Groomer in the White House in 2024.

I will vote for him, but I agree. He needs to back off Desantis or expose him as something other than what he appears to be. Ron is looking like a good choice if we cant get Trump.

Yep, people with this opinion are equivalent to a child throwing a tantrum. Throwing all logic out and making this dumbass sort of statement (whether for Trump, or for Desantis), is claiming that your a republican but your vote is democrat.

Look his in-fighting isn’t my cup of tea and makes me uncomfortable BUT we have to keep perspective in this. For now let’s just see how things play out collectively. Trump and DeSantis might work things out…but a vote for ANYONE other than the Republican candidate is just aiding the Dem to win and we simply can’t stand another Democrat regime term.

That said the cheating will probably assure we end up with a Dem regardless but don’t give the Dems a free shot on goal by sabotaging the Republican candidate, actively or passively.
