No disagreement there.
It is still noteworthy that they have not claimed the documents were declassified. It’s an affirmative defense to all allegations of improper possession/handling/lack of cooperation, etc, that they would have no reason to keep in their back pocket if they believed it to be true.
I am in no way saying they couldn’t raise it in the future, or in a trial on the merits. I am simply saying that it’s interesting that they have not and I find it strange.

Here is one idea.
The former Vice President, Mike Pence could call out the FBI instead of defending them. He could call out the Jan 6th committee for what it is, a partisan kangaroo court show trial with one goal, to destroy a potential Trump candidacy.
This might be better than working on his script with Liz Cheney for his prime time testimony later this month. Where he has the questions and they craft the answers that make Trump look bad and Pence look noble.

Democrats made the decision to indict Trump before the 2016 election. The FBI was already issuing improper warrants, wiretaps, and attempts to entrap the Trump family. The only difference between them and now is that Trump won.

Oh they still threw the kitchen sink at him even after he won in 2016. This will be like the fifth or sixth separate attempts to “get him” personally, all failing embarrassingly even with every possible resource in existence, so I for one have a hard time believing that finally this time, perhaps their most desperate attempt yet, they’ve somehow gotten their shite together and have him.
