Asians secretly hate Hispanics.

The reason is because Asians come here and do things by the book. It's a pain in the arse. Hispanics sneak in and get rewarded by Dems.

Just one more example of Dems causing a reason to despise another race.

Damn bruh you went throwback jaded 2015 version of myself on me.....you had to dig a little for that one! Kudos. Since that statement I have lived the side of the truth which you call a “bitch”, my friend, and I would not make that statement today....although America is pussified in comparison to the past....I still feel that way. BUT, I’m fighting with all I got to get back. That should speak for itself.

you sound like an entitled prick. You have no special right to be here. It sucks but don't act like we owe you something. All green card holders should be sent back after a max of 3 years anyway.

I am 54 years old with a BSBA and have never heard of a Bill requiring 100% approval.

Some people ask why do you go through all this shite just to live in America, and the answer everytime is opportunity. No other country comes close to offering what America offers my wife and I in terms of career opportunities,

So why not work in your country to make these opportunities possible?

If the one million or so emigrants fron you country would just band together in a political movement change happens.

Furthermore, just because most liberals want open borders and freely handout green cards does not mean they all know how difficult the system is.

Liberals aren’t focusing on the type of people the OP falls into. They want the useful lemmings.

The OP isn’t going to find a lot of dissent here for his post.

Here are the basics of legal, employment-based immigration: you first need a job and a visa, then a green card, and only then can you try to get citizenship. There’s no such thing as “applying to be an American” out of the blue: a foreigner can’t just fill out a form.

Perfect, follow that process or frick off

I speak from experience having spent almost 30 years immigrating two dozen extended family members here from a country with a 20-year wait list.

Why didn't you tell your family members to stay and fix their own country? It's hypocritical of you to tell the OP that when you didn't. I find it hard to believe that all two dozen of your relatives were highly skilled. It seems you are the type of person making it difficult for the highly skilled to get citizenship.

Unfortunately that’s the risk you run. But don’t worry lottery and offsets will be filled and processed in months(which is part of the problem) with unskilled asylum seekers from popular countries always bumped to the front of the line.

I dislike chain immigration.

I love merit based immigration.

Too bad Democrats dislike merit based immigration because that will prevent poor stupid people from coming.

And stupid people make up the majority of the Democratic party.

You sound like another foreigner coming to take a job from a red blooded American. I kid, I kid.

I think most people who have ever dealt with the system recognize the need for reform, the problem is elected people who can initiate the reform raise millions from special interest groups who make billions on it being broken.

Stick with it because America is worth it.

Hang in there Bubba.

There’s not a conservative on this board who doesn’t want merit based legal immigration, myself included. The system does not work properly, which is why we have people cutting the line- and also why we have large employers (Disney, etc) importing cheaper labor thru the H1B program. In fact I would say that the abuse of the HIB program by Big Tech have made the system so out of reach for people like you who decided to make a life here on their own, and are committed to the country, not Google.

One of my best friend is married to an immigrant. The citizenship process is faster but it’s no less a bitch. I was one of their “witnesses” to their bonafide marriage. They had to put everything on hold: starting a family, buying a house, etc, while they went thru the process, which was admittedly way faster than what you’re describing.

My friend’s husband is about the most easy going guy I know, and nothing in this world makes him more furious than an illegal immigrant.

Your post doesn’t seem to have a lot of resentment in it. And that’s wonderful.

The American Dream will be a reality for people like you, if conservatives have anything to say about it.
