I never said you would get it.
But you would need a surplus, like from Tariffs.
This isn't the same as printing another trillion dollars to hand out stimulus checks. That would be dumb and why I said you are looking at it wrong.

Made up fake bullshite to lie his way out of a fricking mistake of a war and has now way to pay for this promise. Most of the money made on BS tariffs is getting refunded. and guess what the price increases from the tariffs aint going away retailers and wholesalers left the increases even though they are getting refunds.
