Too bad …. enough of the sob stories. You chose to work for a company that was wholly dependent on government provided funding.
It is understood that government funding is unreliable …. learn from your mistakes

Government workers typically don’t provide any useful skills in the actual marketplace. That’s how they ended up in the government as a tax consumer.

So laundering taxpayer dollars to fund leftist vote buying schemes, healthcare grifts, and other white collar crimes isn’t a widely marketable skill?
I guess that’s good news.

I do not feel sorry for them because it was their responsibility as employees to call out the fraud to protect their jobs. This should be a message to all govt employees, if you like your job, don't let crooks ruin your job.

These people apparently went from making $300k+ to being destitute in 2 weeks.
I spoke to my wife and asked her if we had both been working phony baloney jobs for years and making $300k, would we be destitute after 2 months. I did not realize they had said 2 weeks. Their financial literacy level is off the charts.
Poor decisions are still decisions.

I have more. there is a Prius parked in front of their house, so you know they drive like assholes.
They bought their 1500 sq. ft. house in 2016 for $695k and it is now worth $857k.
It has 21 solar panels on the roof, probably financed long term, and not generating enough electric to pay the note on them.
ETA: Hey Downvote queer. Do you stalk anybody else?

They drop this story as the SPLC indictments drop. Let me guess,b they are not covering the SPLC indictments and charges.

49 y/o with a 19month old daughter? Did they adopt a kid purely for extra handouts?
That caught my eye too. Sorry but a 48 year old woman on maternity leave is not relatable at all. Boohoo. And they're already on foodstamps after she was making $175k per year?

Every person working a job dependent on govt funding understands that it can be yanked out from under them at any time.
Up until very recently, why would any of these dopes ever understand that their gravy train could get derailed at any moment? Not in their lifetime has there been any type of significant clawing back of government funded jobs or programs. It was guaranteed employment. And even if one organization lost funding, there were always one or a hundred other organizations a few doors down that will hire you. This is the first time in their lifetime that the entire apparatus has shrunk.

Why do I get the sneaking suspicion at least one of those "affected" parasites either Liked/Retweeted the "Learn to code" snark when the Obama/Biden regime was trying to put the Oil/Gas/Mining crowd out of business?

Pro Tip: If your NGO has to close its doors when the government stops funneling taxpayer dollars to you, then you were NOT a "Non-governmental organization"
