There is a process to declassify. Trump knows it and is on tape acknowledging it. I’m not even going into the obstruction.
He can’t wave a fricking Harry Potter wand and declassify. And why would he need them anyway if it weren’t for leverage or money?

"The process" are mere guidelines.

The Ultimate legal authority of the US is unequivocal, the President has ultimate declassification authority.

The end.

The big thing is everything that has been reported says this is not about classified documents. The laws that are cited make no mention of classified documents. They refer to closely held national defense secrets. It’s a law that predates the classification system. If the documents in question are national defense secrets which he refused to return, he’s going to have problems.

So by that logic, when is Biden getting indicted? And pence and Obama and Clinton?

Or are we just selectively prosecuting people we don't like now?

They can’t even stay consistent on what he supposedly had that was so bad.

If you have held every position on a subject, you can eventually claim you were right at some point.

Who is they? This indictment is the first real claim. Everything else has been media speculation.

That was always stupid. The nuclear codes change daily. That never made sense. It’s also most likely not in the indictment.

I wonder how they'll prove that it's defense documents that merit the level of what they are claiming too. I guess the jury is just going to "have to take their word for it."

Them moving the to a MIA jury is huge, as DC would have hung him for sure.

The media may pull shite out of their arse and pass it off as fact but a lot of what comes out on this kind of thing are “trial balloons” to see if people will bite on a particular subject.

Those trial balloons are being fed to people in the media to run with.

It was proof that Milley was behind an Iran attack, and not him. In today's environment its good having proof against lies created by deep state types.

Don’t forget that the offenses are not criminal, yet they are charging him with criminal offenses.

The mental gymnastics y'all have to go through to think trump is some secret agent selling state secrets but not Biden, who had dozens of boxes, is really amazing to behold.
