Everyone wants it to end with one notable exception. The invading army of Russia won't stop its invasion and take its invading army out of Ukraine. The Ukrainian people are placed in the tragic situation of fight or be conquered.
Surely you would not advocate to the Ukrainians that they should just submit to being conquered and ruled by Russia?
Would you advocate the same for America if Russia invaded?

It’s not the same situation. China would have to take over California, and set up a government to be the same situation.

There was foreign meddling from both sides, but only Russia sent troops and conquered parts of Ukraine.

We have Mexicans pouring in now. We have other nationalities pouring in now too including Chinese, and our military isn’t doing anything.
We have no design on Mexico, but in the other hand we know Russia had designs in Crimea and Ukraine and they really never wanted them to become a sovereign nation.

Since he won't exactly come out and expressly say it for everyone I can translate Trump's plan for Ukraine: Either give all of Donetsk and Luhansnk to Putin and give up claims on Crimea or Trump will withdraw all US military support to Ukraine.

Russia.
Putin could claim the Nazis were eliminated, pull back, and call it a victory. He's the only person in the world who has the singular power to end this conflict peacefully.

Has he come out and state one? I felt as president he aided Ukraine’s defense better than Obama did. What’s his pisiyion now that Russia invaded?

It would nice if he came out with a detailed position on it. Trump is a bullshitter and you typically have to wade through the bullshite to get to the real answer. He's hinted in previous interviews that there was some land that Russian wants and that if he was President he could end the conflict in 24 hours. That tells me he would issue a 24-hour ultimatum to Zelensky to give Russia what it wants or he ends all US assistance to Ukraine immediately.
He's free to prove me wrong though.

Ukraine was willing to trade some ethnic russian areas to Putin in exchange for a Nato exclusion over a year ago. Both sides seemed open to negotiating from this basis, but BoJo and The Potato blew up the talks. Now China is sending a peace envoy in, and will likely get the diplomatic win, strengthening them further on the Global stage. All because gramps is bought and paid for by the MIC.
