I just got triggered by a Bernie soy

So I took a picture of this soy thinking that I’d post it in here and we’d all have a chuckle.
It turns out he had a problem scanning, so I wound up at the register right next to his.
I jokingly said to him “it must be nice to wear a shirt of your candidate of choice here and never get any grief for it.”
Him: who is your candidate of choice, Trump?
Me: Yes. I think that if I put a Trump sticker on my car in this city, the window would get smashed within 10 minutes
Him: if you had a Trump sticker on your car you’d deserve to have your windows smashed.
I just state at him and dumbly say “really?” And shake my head.
As I’m driving home acknowledging that I’ve been triggered by this soy, I realize that I have the perfect way to test his theory. I already own the necessary Trump stickers. They are going on any Bernie / Warren / Hillary sticker that I come across starting this weekend.

Great story, would love to do the same thing here in CA. Although I think CA people are more anti Republican than pro democrat. Dont see a lot of support for democrats, most stickers and shirts and signs you see are more anti Trump and anti racist
