The death of local news and community business drove this.

Everything in 2020 is a detached economy. We need to get back to local investments at every level. Communities are no longer strong. And that weakness allows a power vacuum.

Voting for a local politician because of their federal political party affiliation is literally insane. And it’s what 99% of this country does.

Can you even name your local and state reps? Or do you walk into a voting booth and pull a lever for a political party? We wonder why our states are crumbling and our communities are stagnant but the answer isn’t hard to find.

That’s the political aspect.

Choosing to shop at Walmart. Eat at Chili’s, etc is also horrible for the health of the country in general. It’s the economic aspect of weakening our country.

Being outraged over an isolated event in another state while ignoring all of your own community’s issues is the hallmark of the 24he news media and social media hype.

We spend days furious over issues that will never effect us while paying no attention to the massive problems in our own backyards.
