You know half the country is peeing their pants right now since we're already the underdog expecting a Belgium win so they can gloat and blame Trump.

This is the level of winning for the Left in 2026.

I really can't imagine getting to a space where I cheered against my country because my party doesn't occupy the White House. I wasn't a fan of Obama, but why would I root against the US Olympic Team because he was in office?

Who does that?

After the hockey team beat Canada there were articles talking about it “being OK to feel uncomfortable about USA winning” or some such nonsense

It’s freaking soccer, only care a little and I have to force myself there.

We have gone farther than expected from what understand. If the only acceptable outcome is winning it all people have too high of expectations for this team.

Not at all. We have made it to the point we always make it. Winning tonight would be a “successful” tournament. Losing tonight would be seen as a disappointment.

We are the betting favorite. We were before Balo was reinstated.

People have TDS. This is no different. Is this even thread worthy?

I’ll have to take your word for it. I don’t care enough to do any research.

I have not watched or ever watched soccer. However, the move by POTUS Trump was brilliant, indeed.

If the US Soccer team does break down with the POTUS Trump dance, words will not be able to describe the reaction of Soccer World!!

I catch parts as I can, and I don’t care who wins. USMNT promoting ghey garbage turned me off. It’s also unrealistic to think they will win the whole thing.

No one on here would bet the house that they will, so don’t “come at me bro” for saying it.
