Unlike you, I don't need a high powered weapon or Viagra to compensate for other deficiencies in my life.

Nah, I wasn't fortunate enough to get some cushy strategic job. I was in an ESB. One deployment and WAY too much damn time in Hohenfels.

literally the mission statement is to deploy

I just wanted it so I could make bank tbh I was a supply guy so it wasn't like I was going to be doing a whole helluva lot.

Wife made out well on her cupcake deployment (al udeid), but she came back all burnt out from her AFSC and was ready to punch, so I didn't fight my med board.

Worked out for the best in the end, though. Starting a family was NOT happening the way we were going as a mil to mil couple.

My 1SG and I could bring up a STT or Phoenix (SATCOM system if you're not familiar) faster than the joes could. Pissed them off to no end.

we stopped at the deid once on our way back. That is not a deployment, and they had the nerve to get pissy when they took their live-fire pay away (or whatever it was called).

I was tasked to go back in October, only after being here 7 months.

Gave it to my airman bc I just had a kid
