You know Toddy....I am fully in support of LGBT rights....so is POTUS Trump. You may not agree with me on the POTUS, but I hope you can believe me when I tell you about MY feelings about LGBT rights....

Pretty much sums up exactly how I feel as well. But the upcoming election is the perfect time to throw your vote to a third party if you're disgusted with the current state of political affairs. The democratic party is getting exactly what they deserve for completely abandoning the last faction of sane democratic voters.

You should check out the Walk Away channel and videos on YouTube. It was started by Brandon Straka, a gay man who was a liberal and voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016. He eventually became disillusioned with the Democrat Party and started a movement to get other members of various Democrat voting blocks (GLBQ, African-Americans, Latino-Americans, etc.) to follow. He is not necessarily campaigning for Trump but he has become completely disillusioned with the Democrat Party, the direction their party has turned, and the propaganda spewed by their media. In response the Democrat Party started a propaganda campaign claiming his Walk Away videos were the product of Russian bots and Antifa has demonstrated and protested at events he has held.

We need a lot more people to follow your lead . The stock market is killing it and their is plenty of jobs . I seen gases prices at 2.19 this morning. I would have never thought we could have chance to get gas for less then 2 dollars a gallon, but we are close now.

Toddy. I know this was difficult for you to accept. I too (a Christian, conservative, republican) have had difficulty in accepting how low the democrats have gone. This direction, by the democrats, is not good for this country. I fear that this precedent by the democrats will further divide us as a country and as human beings. I will always try to respect you and your opinions. Please try to respect mine. We can agree to disagree on a lot of things but we can still try to respect and treat each other with dignity. I for one always try to treat everyone fairly.

Welcome. I was a Democrat for just over 10 years. Voted for Trump in 2016 and left the Democratic Party in 2017.

Though I've never been a member of the Democratic Party or voted for a Democrat in a federal election, I agree with everything you said here.
