Same here accept I simply didn't vote in 2016.
There's no way I could've stomached voting for Hillary but at the same tired Trump's inexperience and temperament made me nervous enough to where I couldn't vote for him either. Wasn't going to waste a vote on Gary Johnson although I respect those that voted for him.
Fast forward to the present and I can't wait to vote for Trump and a straight Republican ticket in 2020.
Only caveat is the Alabama Senate race where I hope and pray that embarrassing buffoon Roy Moore isn't the Republican nominee. I'll still vote for him because regaining that Senate seat is way more important than the embarrassment of having that clown representing my state.
I'll throw up a little in my mouth while voting for Moore but deal with it if it results in the Republicans holding onto the majority or gaining seats in the Senate.

But if it’s Yang or the real deal, I think a lot of D voters are waiting to see whom it is
I can’t support any who haven’t been in the race from day 1 though, so possibly overriding the primary voters will not be a good idea.
